Minn Kota is the world's largest and oldest manufacturer of electric outboards. Minn Kota developed among other things the turbo electric motor technology and the Cool Power technology.
Cool-Power-Technology:Comparable engines reach internal engine operating temperatures of up to 260 °C after only a few minutes. Hot engines do not work efficiently and lose up to a third of their possible thrust during longer driving periods. With the Cool Power Technology, these motors operate at operating temperatures that are 100 °C lower.
Endura C2, Riptide and MAXThese models provide reliability and power at affordable prices. With the newly designed bracket, the engine is now also suitable for wider transoms. When the safety lever is released, the motor can be swivelled up in one easy step. The tilt mechanism and motor mount are made of shatterproof polyamide composite material and are completely UV-resistant. The white Riptide 40/SC is particularly suitable for use in salt water thanks to matching materials. The Endura MAX 55 features infinitely variable speed control, which has a particularly positive effect on energy consumption – with one battery charge you have up to 5 times the range of the C2 models.
Traxxis 55Powerful and at the same time energy-saving motor, equipped with a battery indicator for easy control of the charge level. Thanks to the special bracket, it can be quickly lifted out of the water and tilted over the deck with just one hand. The steering resistance control can be adjusted from smooth to rigid, and the speed control knob can be swivelled up 45° and telescoped 15 cm.
