Innovative camera solution especially developed for Fiat Ducato vans built since 07/2006 (X250 and X290). It integrates a small cylinder camera (CAM 35) with a wide-angle lens for a particularly large viewing angle (for manoeuvring) into a brake light console. The original brake light is still used. Moreover, the console offers the opportunity to install a second optional camera (CAM 35 FS) with a 60° telephoto lens for looking far backwards while driving. The vehicle-specific design of the console allows perfect fit and easy installation – without additional drilling into the vehicles body. The camera body is waterproof thanks to a silicone gasket, so that additional sealing is not necessary. For the perfect look, the body can be painted in the vehicles colour.
