Specifically designed for wooden floor panels used for caravans, motorhomes, recreational vehicles ( RVs). Dekaphon 9735 has excellent sound dampening properties After drying, a strong, resistant film remains.
APPLICATIONS
Dekaphon 9735 is used as a chassis protection coating to protect wooden floor panels , e.g. plywood. Dekaphon 9735 is also used in anti-corrosion protection, for example for the underbody of caravans, motorhomes, wheels in housings in cars, trucks and coaches. Due to its wide range of applications it is used in:
- Recreational vehicle ( RV) industry : OEM and AM
- Automotive industry
- Urban bus construction
- Caravan and motor home construction
- Workshops
FEATURES
- Proven durability
- Non-dusty, non-evaporating
- Sound deadening properties
- Does not work on vertical surfaces
- Very good adhesion to wood
- Very good weather and abrasion resistance
ADHESIVITY
Adheres very well (without special pre-treatment ) to clean, dry, vacuumed and degreased substrates. It is advisable to carry out an adhesion test on other materials.
APPLICATION
Shake well before use. The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, degreased, free of rust and dust. The optimum spray distance is approximately 30 cm. Spray the surface with Dekaphon 9735 until the desired film thickness is achieved. Clean with solvent after use. A 0.5 l container is sufficient for 1.25 m2 surface.
