Jäger Direkt Schuko - CEE adapter cable 1.5 m - Schuko plug, CEE 16 A 230 V coupling, IP44, H07RN-F 3G2.5 cable for motorhome and caravan
- Jäger Direkt adapter cable, 1.5 m: a Schuko plug on one end and a blue CEE 16 A 230 V coupling on the other. It lets you power a motorhome, caravan or boat from a Schuko socket.
The Jäger Direkt Schuko - CEE adapter cable connects an ordinary Schuko socket to the hook-up cable of a motorhome, caravan or boat that ends in a CEE plug. It has a rubber Schuko plug on one end and a blue CEE coupling, 16 A, 230 V, 3-pin, on the other. The cable is 1.5 m long and made of H07RN-F 3G2.5 mm2 rubber cable. The connectors are rated IP44. It is handy wherever there is no hook-up post with a CEE socket, for example at home, in a garage, at friends or on a campsite with Schuko sockets.

What it is for
- powering a motorhome, caravan, boat, yacht or site trailer from a Schuko socket
- connecting a hook-up cable with a CEE plug to a socket at home or in a garage
- charging the vehicle batteries through the built-in charger while the vehicle is parked at home
- power on campsites where the pitch only has a Schuko socket
How to connect
- first connect the hook-up cable to the inlet on the motorhome or caravan
- plug the CEE plug of the hook-up cable into the CEE coupling of this cable
- finally plug the Schuko plug into the socket
- to disconnect, reverse the order: pull the Schuko plug out of the socket first
- make sure the CEE connection does not lie in a puddle or wet grass
Safety
- rated values of the CEE coupling: 16 A, 230 V
- check which load the circuit of the socket you use is fused for
- with high power demand, limit the number of appliances switched on in the vehicle
- inspect the cable, plug and coupling before every use; do not use a damaged cable
- disconnect a cable with damaged insulation from the mains at once
- have repairs done by an electrician and only with the power disconnected
- do not put a worn-out cable in household waste - take it to an electrical waste collection point
What H07RN-F means
- H - cable to harmonised European standards
- 07 - rated voltage 450/750 V
- R - rubber core insulation
- N - chloroprene rubber sheath
- F - flexible cores made of fine strands
- 3G2.5 - three cores of 2.5 mm2, one of them the protective earth (green-yellow)
- rubber cables of this type are made for outdoor use and stay flexible at lower temperatures

Questions and answers
Which way round does this cable work?
The Schuko plug goes into the socket, and the hook-up cable of the vehicle with its CEE plug goes into the CEE coupling. For a hook-up post with a CEE socket you need a cable the other way round, with a CEE plug and a Schuko socket.
What is the rated current?
The CEE coupling is rated 16 A and 230 V.
How long is the cable?
The cable is 1.5 m long. For longer distances you need a CEE camping extension cable.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, the connectors are rated IP44 and the H07RN-F cable is rubber-sheathed. Do not leave the connection in water or a puddle, though.
What cable is it made of?
H07RN-F 3G2.5 mm2 rubber cable, that is three 2.5 mm2 cores including the protective earth.
