Rabbafrost is an antifreeze concentrate by Rabbasol-Chemie in a 5 l canister. It is made for all kinds of chemical toilet systems and water supply systems in caravans, motorhomes, boats, coaches and large tanks. During winter storage it protects toilets, tanks, taps and valves from frost damage. It is non-flammable and harmless in contact with fresh water.
Mixing ratios
- 1 l Rabbafrost + 3 l fresh water or waste water - down to -5°C
- 1 l Rabbafrost + 2 l water - down to -12°C
- 1 l Rabbafrost + 1 l water - down to -20°C
- 2 l Rabbafrost + 1 l water - down to -30°C
Chemical toilets
- add Rabbafrost to the fresh water and waste water of the toilet according to the table
- then run the toilet pump briefly so that the mixture fills the pipes
Water supply systems
- empty the pipes and the tank
- fill the tank with 1-5 l Rabbafrost depending on its size; in larger tanks increase the amount according to the required temperature
- switch on the pump and briefly open all taps and valves until the mixture comes out, then close them at once - the system is ready for winter
- before using the system again, drain the mixture and flush it several times with fresh water; the remaining water drains easily through a CKW winter drain
