With charge maintenance for the vehicle starter battery

The VOTRONIC charge controllers with a technically sophisticated Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) system are suitable for all common solar panels. A special feature is not only an additional connection for recharging or maintaining the vehicle starter battery, but also an additional switching output. This controls the automatic switching from gas to 12 V operation in absorption refrigerators with "AES" when there is a sufficiently large power surplus from the solar panels. The charging programme can be set for lead-acid, gel, AGM and LiFePO₄ batteries.
