The Thule drawing shows the Omnistor awning cassette hanging on the flat adapter. The adapter is bolted through the vehicle wall with counterplates on the inside.
Before you order
The adapter should be installed by a qualified person and the vehicle wall must give a solid base. Thule recommends that the adapters support the awning at the spring arms. When this is not possible, use a full-length adapter. If you plan a tent or side panels, position the adapter with the windows, door and garage opening in mind. Seal the drilled holes with acid-free silicone and follow the installation instructions.
