A motorhome or caravan can easily end up with a whole bunch of keys: one for the entrance door, another for the boot hatch, yet another for the gas bottle locker. This Zadi set contains 10 standard barrel lock cylinders and 2 keys with the same number. If your locks use standard Zadi cylinders, after replacing them you open all of them with one key. The set also helps when you lose a key or buy a used vehicle and have no idea how many copies of the old keys exist. With new cylinders fitted, the old keys no longer work.

Which locks it fits
The cylinders fit Zadi locks with a housing for the standard Zadi cylinder. The manufacturer uses such locks in motorhome and caravan doors, in boot and locker hatches and in smaller locks for service doors. There are also cylinders of other series, such as Zadi A.S. 45 and HSC, which use different keys and are not interchangeable with the standard version. The easiest check is to compare a removed cylinder or your key with the dimensions given above.
How to replace the cylinders
- Get the Zadi cylinder removal key first, as the old cylinder cannot be taken out without it.
- Use the removal key to take the old cylinder out of the lock housing.
- Slide a new cylinder from the set into its place.
- Test the lock with the new key before you close the door or hatch.
- Repeat for the other locks. Keep any spare cylinders for later, for example for a new lock.
Before you order
- Count the locks with Zadi cylinders in your vehicle. For fewer locks the set of 5 cylinders is enough.
- Make sure your locks use the standard version, not A.S. 45 or HSC.
