GOK type 150 Z is a leak tester for LPG systems in leisure vehicles to DVGW G 607, ÖVGW G 107 and EN 1949, and in small craft to DVGW G 608 and EN ISO 10239. The system is tested with air at 150 mbar. The 600 cm³ additional volume allows testing systems with a pipe volume of less than 700 cm³.

How the test works
- the pipework from the regulator connection to the closed appliance valves is pressurised with air to 150 mbar
- after 5 minutes for thermal balance, the pressure drop is measured for another 5 minutes
- under EN 1949 the drop must not exceed 5 mbar with a test volume of at least 700 cm³
- if the system volume is smaller, the 600 cm³ additional volume is connected
Who it is for
Leak tests to DVGW G 607, ÖVGW G 107 and G 608 are carried out by competent persons, for example experts recognised by the DVFG. The GOK test point fits the tester, so the wall-mounted regulator does not have to be removed.

What is the 600 cm³ additional volume for?
EN 1949 requires a test volume of at least 700 cm³. For smaller systems the additional volume is connected.
What test pressure does it use?
The system is tested with air at 150 mbar, and the limiter protects the manometer from overload.
