Installation

• align the gutter in the middle of the door opening using the sloping ends, then fix it with the adhesive strip and the 3 self-tapping screws
• once the adhesive strip is on the vehicle wall the gutter can no longer be moved - check alignment and test the light first
• you need a 3 mm drill bit, a TX15 screwdriver or bit and flexible sealant (e.g. Sikaflex-252)
• the cable goes into the vehicle through the existing hole above the upper door guide rail; seal the hole and the gap
• connect to 12 V via a circuit that is switched off when the engine runs, or via a relay on the D+ signal; electrical installation by a qualified electrician

Yes. Dometic lists this version for the sliding doors of Fiat Ducato X250/X290, Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer from 2006.

Do I need to drill?

Yes. The gutter is fixed with an adhesive strip and 3 screws - you need a 3 mm drill bit and sealant.

Can the light be on while driving?

No. The manufacturer intends the lighting for stationary use only and recommends a circuit that is switched off when the engine runs.

Is the remote included?

Yes, an LED dimmer with FFB8 remote control is included.
