- ALUGAS brass quick coupling with non-return valve for the TravelMate multivalve inlet, meets DVGW G 607 requirements. 3/4" UNF female and male thread, 94 mm, 225 g.
The ALUGAS quick coupling with integrated non-return valve is mounted directly on the multivalve of the TravelMate cylinder, between the inlet and the LPG filling hose. According to ALUGAS it meets the requirements of the DVGW G 607 code of practice (June 2026 edition), which requires a safety coupling in the filling line between the cylinder and the external filling connection.
Safety functions

Installation
The coupling is mounted directly on the multivalve of the TravelMate cylinder, between the inlet and the LPG filling hose. According to ALUGAS it will be required for new installations and for existing ones at the G 607 gas inspection. Work on the gas system should be done by qualified staff; check for leaks after installation.

TravelMate cylinders must not be filled at filling stations in Germany - even when permanently installed (summary by Deutscher Verband Flüssiggas, June 2026, legal basis TRBS 3151 / TRGS 751).
