Very light 6.7KG propane butane refillable gas cylinder equipped with 80% stop safety valve very convenient for refuelling LPG gas on the petrol stations. Bottle does not need to be removed from the vehicle as the valve cut of the gas while bottle is 80% full. Bottle is equipped also with level gauge and safety relief valve to protect against high pressure when hot. There is manual on-off valve on the bottle so it can be safely closed when needed. 

ALUGAS bottles are considerably lighter than customary gas cylinder (about 75% lighter) and have a higher evaporation rate also at low temperatures (circa 6x higher in comparison to the steel cylinder). Furthermore, they are corrosion-resistant and do not get blocked up since no rust and tinder residues are forming. No other gas cylinder provides you with more safety.

The gas cylinder is equipped with a multivalve:

•     80 % filling stop valve with angle G 3/4
•     UNF withdrawal valve 21.8 LH with safety valve
•     Float level indicator

TÜV for 10 years, after which a 'periodic inspection' must be carried out as for all stationary gas systems.


This gas cylinder is equipped with an automatic 80% filling stop. The filling process stops as soon as 11.4 kg propane (13.3 kg butane), i.e. 22.8 - 25 litres LPG, are reached in the cylinder.
