The Horrex pleated fly screen door for the sliding side door of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter W907/W910 (including Tourer) from 06/2018 with H2 or H3 roof, left-hand drive version, lets you keep the door open and enjoy the view without mosquitoes and other insects inside. The curved cassette and pull bar take up a minimum of interior space and the screen runs quietly and smoothly. It comes as a semi-assembled kit with mounting parts.
Construction
- top guide profile in extruded aluminium 24.5 x 23.5 mm, powder coated black
- black aluminium pull bar 50 x 17 mm
- bottom guide profile in anodised aluminium 45 x 18 mm
- black pleated polyester mesh, mesh opening 1.3 x 1.3 mm
- corner pieces and caps in PA6 and PA6.6
- rolled edge of the top profile helps prevent head injuries
Installation
- fixed on the inside: 4 clips under the door rubber at the top and screws at the bottom
- screws included: 4 x 3.5 x 16 mm and 1 x 2.9 x 9.5 mm
- required space: 27 mm between door rubber and top cabinet, 20 mm between door and kitchen cabinet, 40 mm for the bottom guide
- before installation, check that the entry step of your vehicle matches the drawings in the manufacturer manual
- pull bar resistance adjustable via cord tension

Use and care
- grip the pull bar slightly below the centre, where the sticker is
- before closing, make sure the bottom guide is not blocked by objects or cables
- clean with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent, no sharp tools or aggressive chemicals
- spray the rails with PTFE spray from time to time
- children under 5 should only use the screen under adult supervision

Do I need to drill?
The top profile is held by 4 clips under the door rubber and the bottom profile is screwed to the entry step. Screws are included.
Will it fit my conversion?
The manufacturer requires 27 mm between door rubber and top cabinet, 20 mm between door and kitchen cabinet and 40 mm for the bottom guide. The door opening must not be narrowed by strips or panels. Measure it before ordering.
How do I look after it?
Clean it with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent and spray the rails with PTFE spray from time to time.
