The LILIE Classic Serie LP403 is a 12 V 3-chamber diaphragm pump for the drinking water system of a motorhome or caravan. It delivers up to 10.6 l/min and starts by itself when you open a tap. The built-in pressure switch stops it at 2.1 bar, adjustable between 1.75 and 3.2 bar. The pump head has a non-return valve rated above 13 bar. According to the manufacturer the pump materials comply with DIN 2001-2 and are tested to DVGW W270 and KTW.

Installation and connection
- 1/2" NPT male threads and 10 mm hose tails
- the manufacturer recommends drinking water pressure hoses with 10-12 mm inner diameter and clamps on all connections
- cable up to 6 m: 2.5 mm², over 6 m: 4 mm², a fuse (e.g. 8 A) and a main switch in the (+) line
- pump up to 2 m vertically and up to 8 m horizontally from the tank, in a dry, ventilated place
- for vertical mounting, motor on top; tighten the screws by hand only so the rubber feet are not squeezed
- a pre-filter in front of the pump is recommended
Use and spare parts
- switch the pump off with the main switch whenever it is not in use, because the pressure switch cannot stop it when the tank is empty
- the cut-out pressure is set with the central screw of the pressure switch: clockwise higher, anticlockwise lower
