The LILIE WeißGELB 10 mm 90° elbow turns the hose at a right angle without bending it, so you can run the pipework neatly along a wall, cabinet or floor. The fitting is part of the LILIE WeißGELB drinking water system and fits hoses with a 10 mm inner diameter. It is made of POM, certified for drinking water and suitable for both cold and hot water.

What it is for
The elbow lets you route the hose tightly along the edge of the furniture. The hose does not need a wide bend that takes up space and may kink over time. It is useful at cabinet walls, at the pump, the water heater and under the sink.
The flow channel is shaped to restrict the water flow as little as possible. This matters in a campervan, where the diaphragm pump works at low pressure and every restriction is noticeable at the tap.
Installation
Cut the hose end square and push it onto the barbed end as far as it goes. A stiffer hose slides on more easily after briefly warming the end in hot water. Secure every joint with a spring band clamp sized for the outer diameter of the hose.
After fitting, start the pump, check all joints for leaks under pressure and flush the system before drinking the water for the first time.

Questions and answers
Does it fit a 12 mm hose?
No. The ends are made for hoses with a 10 mm inner diameter. LILIE makes separate fittings for 12 mm hoses in the same series.
Can I use it for hot water?
Yes. POM withstands 90°C in continuous use and 100°C short-term, so the fitting also works on the line from the water heater.
Do I need clamps?
Yes, we recommend securing each end with a spring band clamp. The joint then stays secure under road vibration and pump pulses.
