Specifically developed for the use in caravans or motorhomes, the compact and light devices are mounted in the inside of the vehicle. Hence, the centre of gravity is shifted downwards. Thanks to its compact measurements, these devices fit into any standard seating bench located in a caravan or motorhome. Regarding the weight, Saphir devices distinguish themselves with their special EPP housing technology as uniquely lightweight and define standards for modern air conditioners. The temperature is adjusted via an infrared remote control and automatically controlled. An integrated timer allows setting the operation of the devices. The cooled and dried air stream is spread equally into the passenger compartment via 3 adjustable air outlets. Thanks to the included filters, Saphir devices are suitable for those suffering from allergies.
The Saphir compact is the smallest and lightest air conditioner within the product family. With a cooling performance of 1800 W, it has been designed for small and medium-sized caravans or motorhomes. With its low power consumption of 2.8 A, it can also be used on low-fused campsites. A special comfort at night is provided by the integrated Sleep mode, which reduces the rpm's of the fans (condenser and vaporiser fans) in such a way that it results in a particularly quiet operation of the air conditioner. Dimensions: L 56 x W 40 x H 29 cm, weight 20 kg.
