Thule Roof Top is an adapter set for mounting a Thule Omnistor series 6 (6200, 6300) or series 9 (9200) roof awning on a caravan with a straight, flat roof. The profiles are bonded to the roof and screwed down, then the awning is hooked into the adapter and locked with bolts. The manufacturer recommends installation by a specialist workshop.

Installation according to the manufacturer
- position the adapter on the roof and drill the holes in the roof rail before bonding
- sand the ribbed surface of the adapter and degrease it, then apply SIKA 252 adhesive (adhesive and activator not included)
- degrease the roof with SIKA activator and place the adapter
- screw the adapter down with 4.2 x 25 screws in Ø 3.5 mm holes filled with acid-free silicone
- hook the awning into the adapter and lock it with the M6 bolts at the back of the adapter plate
Notes
- while the adhesive cures, leave the awning open by about 5 cm so the adapter is not twisted
- never extend the awning fully without the support legs - set them up after about 1 m
- check the adapter mounting on the vehicle regularly
