Truma iNet X Panel - 4.3 inch touchscreen control panel with Bluetooth for motorhome heating and air conditioning, 12 V
- The Truma iNet X Panel with a 4.3 inch touchscreen controls the heater, air conditioning and LevelControl gas sensor in a motorhome or caravan. It has Bluetooth and works with the free iNet X App.
The Truma iNet X Panel is the central control panel for your motorhome or caravan. On a single 4.3 inch touchscreen you set the heater, air conditioning and hot water, and with a Truma LevelControl sensor connected you also see how much gas is left in the cylinder. The panel has built-in Bluetooth, so the same functions are available in the free iNet X App on your phone. You can turn up the heater without getting out of bed or switch the air conditioning to night mode before you go to sleep. The iNet X Panel also replaces an older Truma CP plus or CP classic control panel, provided the connected appliances are compatible with the iNet X system.

Key features
- 4.3 inch touchscreen with simple menu navigation
- control of heating, air conditioning and hot water from one place
- gas level display with a Truma LevelControl sensor (sold separately)
- built-in Bluetooth and the free iNet X App
- automatic climate control when heater and air conditioning are connected
- up to 6 timers
- specific error messages with help on what to do
- indoor and outdoor temperature display (outdoor sensor sold separately)

iNet X App and Bluetooth
- The iNet X App is free and has the same functions as the panel. It connects to the panel via Bluetooth when you are near the vehicle.
- Some settings, such as the timers and the LevelControl setup, can only be changed in the app.
- The app is also needed to install software updates on the panel.
- With the iNet X Connect module added, you can control the vehicle from anywhere, for example switch on the heater and hot water before you come back from the ski slope.

What the panel shows
- The Resources screen shows the status of your gas cylinders if Truma LevelControl sensors are fitted.
- You set the indoor climate once, and with heater and air conditioning connected the panel decides by itself whether to heat or cool. This is handy in spring and autumn, when days are warm and nights are cool.
- In the event of a fault the panel shows a message describing the problem, for example an empty gas cylinder.
- The range of functions depends on the appliances connected to the iNet X system. Truma publishes a list of compatible appliances with their serial numbers.
Replacing a CP plus with the iNet X Panel
- Retrofitting is possible if a Truma CP plus or CP classic is installed, the wiring is in place and the connected appliances are compatible with iNet X.
- The opening of the CP plus has to be enlarged. No template is needed and no screw holes have to be drilled, because the panel is held by sliding latches.
- The existing TIN cable can stay. The 12 V supply comes through the connection cable included in the set.
- If the vehicle has a CP plus CI bus controlled by the vehicle manufacturer, retrofitting needs additional work.
Installation
- The panel is mounted on a level wall 7-15 mm thick, in a place protected from moisture, at eye level or higher.
- The installation opening is 108 x 84 mm (+/- 1 mm) with rounded corners of 5 mm radius.
- The panel and the appliances it controls must be on the same 12 V circuit. Connect the power cable to unswitched permanent plus and protect it with a 1 A fuse near the battery.
- On the back of the panel there are TS1, TS2, CAN, CI, TIN and 12 V connections. Several Truma appliances can share one TIN connection via the TIN distributor 36120-01.
- Leave enough cable so the panel can be pulled about 20 cm out of the opening.
- Installation should be done by a qualified workshop.
First start-up and updates
- When you switch on the power, the setup wizard detects the connected appliances and guides you through the language and other settings.
- Updates are provided via the Truma iNet X Cloud. You install them through the app, which needs internet on the phone and a Bluetooth connection to the panel.
- An update can take up to 15 minutes. If it fails, the panel keeps running the previous software version.
