GasBank GB006 is a set of three LPG filling adapters with an M10 thread: ACME GB501, BAYONET GB502 and EUROCONNECTOR GB503. Screw the right one into an M10 filling point - for example a GasBank DISH M10 remote filler in a motorhome or caravan - and fill autogas at stations whose nozzles use a coupling other than DISH. Together with a DISH filling point, the set covers all four coupling standards found at LPG stations in Europe.

How to recognise the coupling at the station
- ACME - threaded coupling; the station nozzle is screwed onto the adapter and locked with its lever
- BAYONET - bayonet coupling; the nozzle is pushed onto the adapter and locked with a twist
- EUROCONNECTOR - a European standard from the early 2000s; the nozzle clicks on in one movement and very little gas escapes when disconnecting
- DISH - the nozzle is pressed directly onto the DISH filling point, no adapter needed
How to fill with the adapter
- switch off the engine and follow the station instructions
- choose the adapter that matches the station nozzle
- remove the filler cap and screw the adapter into the M10 thread so that the seal sits evenly
- connect the station nozzle to the adapter and fill according to the station rules
- after filling, disconnect the nozzle, unscrew the adapter and refit the filler cap - a small amount of gas may escape when unscrewing
- keep the adapters in a case so that the threads and seals stay clean
Safety and regulations
- the adapters are intended for LPG (autogas)
- only fill tanks and cylinders designed for filling at a station, following their instructions
- rules on filling cylinders at stations differ between countries - check the rules of your destination before travelling
- before each use check that the seal is in place and undamaged
- do not fill if you smell gas or the connection leaks
