Carbest
Carbest is known for vehicle conversion equipment used in camper vans, motorhomes and recreational vehicles. Within this brand, the most visible product groups are body-related components and privacy systems, including tinted glass, sliding windows, blackout blinds, insulated curtains and inspection hatches. Many items are tied to specific vehicle platforms such as VW T4 1990-2004, VW T5/T6, Mercedes Vito from 2015, Mercedes Sprinter 2007, VW Crafter 2007, Ford Tourneo Custom and Ford Transit 2023. That makes Carbest relevant both for replacement parts and for full van conversion projects.

How to choose the right Carbest product
The key step when selecting Carbest parts is to match the item to the exact vehicle, model year, fitting side and opening size. For windows and glass, details such as left or right side, fixed or sliding construction, and precise dimensions matter, as shown by products like the 1405 mm sliding window for MB Sprinter and VW Crafter 2007, the VW T4 1126x523 mm sliding window, or the 1416x706 mm fixed side window. For privacy systems, check whether the product is intended for the cab, the living area or a full 5-window set, and whether it is made for VW T5/T6, Mercedes Vito Metris, Ford Tourneo Custom > 2024 or Ford Transit 2023. For service hatches and inspection openings, the deciding factors are the outer dimensions, diameter and locking method, for example 151x166 mm, 193x165 mm or Ø198 mm.
