The Berker Integro Flow 3-gang frame in anthracite matt brings three inserts of the Integro system together in one neat panel. The Integro range was designed for leisure vehicles, so its parts are compact and easy to fit into the walls and furniture of a motorhome, caravan or camper van. The frame measures 178.5 x 59.5 mm with a depth of 9 mm, and you can mount it horizontally or vertically. It is made of halogen free thermoplastic, and its matt finish, similar to RAL 7021, matches Integro sockets, switches and USB sockets in the same colour.

The Berker Integro system in your vehicle

Integro is a modular Berker switch range made for leisure vehicles. The inserts share the same size of 55.5 x 55.5 mm, and the range includes 230 V Schuko sockets, 12 V USB sockets, switches, frames and surface mounting spacers in several colours. Frames come as 1-gang, 2-gang and 3-gang versions and as a frame with a hinged cover. This lets you keep the whole installation in your motorhome in one style and one colour, from the entrance through the kitchen to the bedroom.

Which inserts fit the frame

The 3-gang frame takes three inserts side by side and works well where you want several functions in one place. By the table you can combine a 230 V Schuko socket, a USB socket and a light switch, and at the entrance three switches for different circuits. One panel instead of several separate frames looks calmer and is easier to plan.

Dimensions and insert layout

The frame measures 178.5 x 59.5 mm, and each of its three fields has a round opening with a diameter of 42.5 mm. Each field is 59.5 mm wide, so the centres of neighbouring inserts are 59.5 mm apart. Prepare the holes or boxes in the wall or furniture at this spacing, and before cutting check that every box with the depth required by your insert fits behind it.

Horizontal or vertical mounting

You can mount the Integro Flow frame horizontally or vertically, so it adapts to the spot in your vehicle. A horizontal layout suits a spot above a worktop or table, a vertical one a narrow post by the door or next to a wardrobe. The frame is flat, 9 mm deep and is held on the installed inserts by clamp fixing.

Installation step by step

• Switch off the power: unplug the 230 V hook-up cable, switch off the inverter and disconnect the 12 V circuit that feeds the inserts.
• Prepare holes and boxes with the depth required by your inserts, keeping 59.5 mm between centres.
• Connect the wires to the inserts and screw the inserts into the boxes.
• Place the frame over the inserts so that its openings line up with the central plates, and press it evenly against the wall.
• Switch the power back on and check every insert. Work on a 230 V installation should be done by a qualified electrician.

Protection class IP20 and moisture

The frame has protection class IP20 and impact resistance IK02, so it is meant for dry places inside the vehicle. Do not mount it outside, in the shower cubicle or where water may splash. The frame has no lid and no label field. If you want to cover a socket when you are not using it, choose the 1-gang frame with hinged cover from the same range.
