The FAP Orus cap is a spare part for round fresh water fillers of the Orus series. It is blue, the colour the Orus series uses for water fillers, so you can easily tell it apart from other fillers when you top up. Inside the cap there is a lock that you open and close with a key, and two keys are included. A cord with a pin is attached to the cap and clips to the filler, so the cap will not fall to the ground or be left behind at the service point. This cap is useful when the old one has cracked or got lost, or when you have an Orus filler but no longer have the keys.

When to replace it

Replacement
- Open the filler door and take off the old cap.
- If the old cap had a cord, unclip it from the filler.
- Clip the cord of the new cap in the same place.
- Put the new cap on the filler and lock it with the key.
- Check that the cap sits well and the key turns smoothly.
What to keep in mind
The cap is made for Orus series water fillers. Before you order, compare your old cap with the photo, especially the grip shape and how the cord is fixed. If the door is damaged too, the shop has a replacement Orus door. Keep the keys in a fixed place in the vehicle and the spare key preferably outside it.

- Wipe the seal with a damp cloth when sand settles on it.
- Do not use solvents.
- If the lock turns stiffly, blow the dust out before using force.
