Reich drain plug for 33 mm drains and siphons - white 30 mm stopper with O-ring and pull ring, spare part for motorhome sinks
- White Reich plug with a diameter of 30 mm for Reich drains and siphons with a 33 mm connection. It has an O-ring seal, a metal pull ring and a guide pin. It is an original spare part.
The plug of a motorhome sink is easy to lose while washing up, and a worn seal lets the water run out before you have finished. This Reich plug is the standard stopper for Reich drains and siphons with a 33 mm connection, fitted in kitchen sinks and wash basins of many motorhomes and caravans. The plug itself has a diameter of 30 mm. It has a white plastic body, a black O-ring around the edge, a metal pull ring and a metal pin underneath. You put it into the drain opening to keep the water in the sink, and when you want to let the water out, you pull the plug out by the ring.

Which drains it fits
The plug is made for Reich drains and siphons with a 33 mm connection, which join the Reich push-fit waste water pipe system. You will find these drains in kitchen sinks and wash basins of many motorhomes and caravans. Reich also makes drains with a 39 mm connection. This plug does not fit them, as they need a larger stopper.
How to check the size
- If you still have the old plug, measure its diameter. This one is 30 mm.
- Compare the old plug with the photo: shape of the body, seal around the edge, ring and pin underneath.
- Check on the drain or in the vehicle documents whether it is a Reich drain with a 33 mm connection.
- If the drain has a 39 mm connection, choose the plug for 39 mm drains.
When a new plug is useful
- The old plug got lost while washing up, cleaning or when the vehicle changed owner.
- The O-ring has hardened, cracked or stretched and the water slowly runs out of the sink.
- The pin underneath has come loose or fallen off.
- The pull ring has broken off.
- You want a spare plug for the trip.
How to use it
- Put the plug into the drain opening with the pin facing down.
- Press it down evenly with your finger so that the O-ring seals all the way round.
- Fill the sink and check that the water level does not drop.
- To let the water out, pull the plug by the ring, do not lever it out with a knife or another sharp tool.
- After use keep the plug in a fixed place so it does not end up in a cupboard or the tank.
Cleaning and care
- Wash the plug in warm water with washing-up liquid.
- Remove food residue and hair around the seal, as they reduce the tightness.
- Do not use sharp tools or abrasive sponges, so the seal is not damaged.
- Now and then check that the seal is not cracked and that the pin is still firmly attached.
On the road and when parked
With the plug in the drain, the sink opening is closed. Water from dishes left in the sink does not run into the grey water tank, and the opening is not open to the air from the drain system. Before emptying the grey water at a service point, take the plug out if there is water left in the sink.
Good to know
- The set contains one plug, without drain, strainer or siphon.
- The plug is part of the grey water drain, not of the drinking water system.
- No tools are needed and the drain does not have to be removed.

Does this plug fit my sink?
It fits Reich drains and siphons with a 33 mm connection. The plug itself has a diameter of 30 mm, so you can compare it with your old plug.
Does it fit a 39 mm drain?
No. Reich drains with a 39 mm connection need a larger plug, which is linked above.
Do I need tools to replace it?
No. You take out the old plug, put the new one into the drain opening and press it down.
The water slowly runs out of the sink. What should I check?
