The Carbest 90° angle adapter is a right-angled transition from the 12 mm push-fit system to a hose with a 12 mm diameter. One end is a smooth 12 mm stem that you push into Carbest push-fit connectors, the other is a barbed end for the hose. This lets you route a water line along a wall or inside a cabinet without kinks.

Use
Use the adapter where a system of 12 mm pipes and push-fit connectors changes to a section of flexible hose and the line also has to turn by 90°. A typical example is connecting a pump, tap or tank in a tight space.
The right angle is built into the fitting, so the hose does not have to bend and does not flatten at the corner.
Installation
Push the 12 mm stem fully into the push-fit connector and secure the joint with a safety clip. Slide hose with a 12 mm inner diameter over the full length of the barbed end. Secure the hose with a clamp sized for its outer diameter.
After fitting, start the pump and check both sides for leaks under pressure.
