Waterless Cinderella Travel Gas incineration toilet - burns waste to ash with a 30 mbar propane-butane burner, 12 V electronics. Up to 6 people, 140-180 g of gas per incineration, ash approx. every 70 incinerations.
Opis produktu
Cinderella Travel Gas is a waterless incineration toilet for motorhomes, caravans and canal boats. It burns the waste to ash with a propane-butane burner (30 mbar), and only a 12 V supply is needed for the electronics. Made in Norway since 2013. Version running on diesel from the vehicle tank: Cinderella Travel Diesel.
No water, chemicals or tanks
needs no water, holding tank or cassette to empty
the only residue is a small amount of ash
the ash is clean and free of bacteria and pathogens - it can normally go with household waste; check the local rules
a catalytic converter prevents unpleasant odours
How it works
place a new bowl liner in the bowl before every visit
close the lid and press start - the liner and its contents drop into the incineration chamber
liquid evaporates and the rest is burnt to ash; fumes leave through the exhaust pipe on the roof
the fan keeps running 1-1.5 h after incineration
according to the manufacturer for up to 6 people; the vehicle can be driven while incinerating
Gas and power
propane-butane gas at 30 mbar; 140-180 g of gas per incineration
maximum burner effect 2.87 kW
power supply 12 V DC / 4 A (11-14.4 V), 1.3 A during incineration, 0.005 A standby
the electronically controlled gas valve is always closed when the toilet is not incinerating
Emptying the ash
empty the ash container once a week or when the panel signals, after approx. 70 incinerations
once the toilet has cooled, the shell moves forward and up into the service position
incineration is disabled if the ash container is not in place
a winter extension for the chimney keeps snow away from the exhaust
Safety
a flame sensor shuts off the gas and triggers an alarm if the burner fails to ignite or goes out
the hatch to the incineration chamber opens only with the lid closed; opening the lid stops incineration
a thermal switch stops incineration if the chamber gets too hot
fire-retardant composite shell; the manufacturer recommends a gas detector and a regulator with crash sensor at the gas bottle
Installation
the 100 mm build-in module goes into the wall, the toilet is fixed to the floor at 4 points
at least 40 cm free space in front of the toilet and 5 cm on each side
gas: 8 mm pipe to the brass Ø 8 mm compression coupling on the build-in module; a separate shut-off valve is required when connecting to an existing gas line
the build-in module must be reachable through an inspection hatch for the annual leak test of the gas connection
rules for gas installations in vehicles differ between countries - certified personnel may be required
exhaust: 60 mm hose, max. 250 cm, roof flange for an 83 mm hole; air inlet: 75 mm hose, max. 120 cm
Incinerating toilets (toilets without a sewer), do not require a water, septic tank or sewer connection. Incineration of the waste takes place by means of a gas or electric heater and temperatures in the combustion chamber oscillate between 500-600 degrees.
